OPENING OF THE SUBMISSION OF SINGLE APPLICATIONS FOR AID FROM OSDE 2024

The submission of the 2024 single aid application has begun with a submission deadline on Thursday 12.09.2024.

A single application is the aid application that the farmer is required to submit and which covers all direct aid interventions.

Depositing after the above date will result in a reduction in the amounts:

a) which the farmer would be entitled to receive as aid, by 1% per working day

b to be paid in relation to payment entitlements granted for the first time in 2024 to the beneficiary, by 3% per working day

In case of a delay of more than 25 calendar days (i.e. submission of the application after 07.10.2024), the application is considered unacceptable.

It is mandatory to submit supporting documents as follows:

1. In case a farmer applies for the first time in 2024, he/she must submit copies of the private land lease agreements (electronic leases or printed forms). It is noted that all leases must bear the original signature of the interested parties.

Real estate lessors are required to declare all information on initial or amending leases. In the case of an annual rent of less than €960 (or €80/month), owners are exempt from the obligation to electronically submit the lease agreement.

2. In the case of pre-filled applications, documents for the use of rented agricultural plots are submitted by the farmer if they are amended for the 2023/2024 growing season or have expired.

3. In the event that the farmer declares a parcel of land within areas to which the 2016-2023 ALLOCATION was applied, he must submit at least one document of legal ownership or possession.

4. When the farmer applies for any of the coupled payments and/or the specific crop payment for cotton.

5. When the farmer applies for any of the ecological programs.

6. In the event that the farmer declares a parcel of land within areas of a protected archaeological site or zone.

7. It is recalled that for the agricultural plots participating in the actions of Measure 11 "Organic Crops", Measure 8.1 "Afforestation and creation of forest areas" and Measure 10 "Agri-environmental and Climate Measures", in order to comply with the commitments and eligibility criteria, they must be in the possession of the producer throughout the commitment year. Therefore, the dates of the rentals must cover the year of applications/commitments. Similarly for the agricultural plots potentially to be included in the context of the 2024 calls.

8. The submission of irrigation supporting documents is mandatory for the payment of the measure M10.1.04: Reduction of water pollution from agricultural activity, rural development. In the case of pre-filled EAE 2024 applications for producers included in Action M10.1.04 – Reduction of nitrate pollution, the supporting documents for irrigation of agricultural plots are transferred as they were submitted to EAE 2023.

It is noted that the mandatory supporting documents complete the applicant's electronic file and there is no possibility of their additional submission after the verification process because the data used during the computerized cross-checks and administrative checks are those that have been submitted and registered in the fields of the application and all types of printed checks.

Farmers can use the agricultural parcels they declare under direct payment schemes for any agricultural activity. Agricultural land on which no agricultural activity is carried out is not eligible.

For the year 2024 and onwards, in addition will not be eligible the following land cases:

• Areas declared within pasture areas (units) with an eligibility coefficient (pef) equal to zero, regardless of type of crop.

• Areas declared within pasture areas of the NATURA 2000 network, except those declared as pasture or permanent crop.

The parcels must be at the farmer's disposal on May 31, 2024To be eligible, areas must meet the definition of eligible hectare throughout the calendar year.

Livestock holdings must be at the farmer's disposal on May 31, 2024.

In the 2024 AAR, the crops that occupy the agricultural plot during the production cycle are declared, i.e. from autumn 2023 to summer 2024. The growing season for each crop is defined as the period between the start of cultivation care (beginning of the growing season) and the start of harvest (end of the growing season).
